Born and raised in SF, Albert spent his childhood drawing comics and reading Goosebumps. He went to art school in order to legitimize his childish ways in the broader culture. Instead of Goosebumps, he started reading JD Salinger and Raymond Chandler. He had a penchant for masking his phony ways by making his art look somewhat like Repin or Dali. Anyways, long story short, he moved to NYC and worked as an artist for some years, but then started to learn about design and programming. Ya know, like Josef Muller Brockmann mixed with some Norman/Nielsen and Doug Crockford. He graduated from Parsons MFADT in 2014, and loves to design and code. It pays better than painting too, even though he misses it.
